Instructions to Contributors for Submission

  1. Manuscripts should follow the guidelines for the category you are submitting under.
  2. The first page of your manuscript must contain the articles title and the name of the category you are submitting the manuscript under. Leave out identifying information as this will be captured in our submission form.
  3. All figured and tables must appear on their own separate pages.  These can either be uploaded as ‘supporting files’ or included in the ‘primary manuscript file’.
  4. You may provide suggestions for reviewers and reviewers to avoid in your submission form. This is for manuscripts where there is potential for reviewers to know of the work prior to submission or for topics that have limited experts in the field. The Editorial Board will follow up for reasoning behind why reviewers have been suggested/avoided.
  5. Submission of a manuscript to the Journal implies that the manuscript is not being considered for publication elsewhere.

Additional Information for Contributors:

Evaluation of manuscripts include criteria such as:

    • significance and currency of the topic,
    • contribution to new knowledge in the field,
    • appropriateness of the methodology or approach,
    • and clarity of presentation.

The review process normally does not exceed 2 months from submission to publication decision. If approved for publication, articles are slotted into the next issue with open slots.
